Meet Erika

For Erika, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people find a place where they truly feel at home.

After relocating to the Inland Northwest several years ago, Erika developed a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, community, and natural beauty that make Spokane such a special place to live. Today, she is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journey with confidence, clarity, and trusted local insight.

Before transitioning into real estate, Erika spent more than a decade in leadership, advocacy, and relationship-focused roles within the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. With a background in strategic planning, partnerships, marketing, and operations, she brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every transaction. Her experience advocating for physicians, healthcare leaders, and community organizations helped shape the strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills she now uses to support her clients.

Erika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco.

As part of the Windermere family, Erika is committed to serving not only her clients, but also her community. She volunteers on the Windermere Foundation Board and participates in bi-weekly Bite2Go meal deliveries supporting local families through the food bank.

Outside of real estate, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, skiing, kayaking, exploring local businesses, and taking advantage of everything the Inland Northwest has to offer.
